- Ren L Added August 10, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to have a initial consultation on a Saturday morning. The website says that the initial consultation is up to 1 hour but my session was: diagnosis (5 minutes), massage (5 minutes) and hot pack (10 minutes) and I was left alone in a room a few times as a physiotherapist was treating a few patients at the same time. She told me that Saturday is a very busy day but it is not fair to me. I was charged nearly $70 and I feel ripped off. Don't go if you don't want to waste money. I would never go back to the clinic any more.
